Man, what a week it’s been. We’ve had two huge names in the bodybuilding community pass away, friends and family boarded up and evacuated their homes in South Texas, and the fight of the century concluded the week.
I like to think, ponder if you will. Weekends provide space both mentally and physically. Short and thought-provoking over the weekend insights.
I spent much of the weekend staring out into the Pacific Ocean. The vast waters are always amazing to me; they do a great job of really putting things in perspective.
I use to believe that it was people that really mattered. I believed this so much that I was willing to sacrifice whatever was needed, to be of good use and value to others. While I still believe that people are the ultimate investment, it can not come at the cost of losing yourself.
The “perfect plan” doesn’t exist. Even if it did, would you really want to follow it? For me, it’s the excitement of the possibility of what could be, that gets me up in the morning. Here’s My Thoughts on Living My Personal Legend. [2 Minute Read]

In a world of auto-responders and social media bots, there’s still a few out there who like to be social on social media and have a bit of fun in their inbox… for goodness sake, somebody send me an email!!
Each day I’m further convinced that my mindset is vastly different than most. I’m not saying this to brag. Quite frankly, it’s frustrating as hell!
