Week 4 – Shredded Made Stupid Simple

This week started off great but a few days towards weeks end wouldn’t be so good. No big deal. It’s part of the process. I’ll learn about myself through these things and it’ll be good to see how my body responds. Aim not for perfection; aim to get back in the fight when you get knocked down!

Week 3 – Shredded Made Stupid Simple

Pretty successful diet so far. Haven’t felt very deprived, strength is increasing and I’m down 1 pound after the first 2 weeks. Solid.

Week 2 – Shredded Made Stupid Simple

Simple & Effective. There’s no sense wasting time on things that don’t provide results. The ones who ‘win’ are no the ones who sacrifice the most. The winners are the ones who make the most out of the necessary sacrifices.

Week 1 – Shredded Made Stupid Simple

The methods are simple but not exactly easy. However, if I’m #Relentless about anything, it’s enjoying the process and pushing the bounds of what’s acceptable while still getting results!
